Michael Cassara of https://digiroots.net has two presentations that were recorded for the FGS Conference. His presentation about Digital Organization was very well-done. There is a lot of aspects to consider when talking about organizing and I felt that he did a great overview on many of them and was able to provide nuggets, examples, and insights to each different aspect.
He talked about backing up your data, various hardware options for scanning, and software options for helping to manage items like a photo collection. He was very detailed and shared what he found that worked for him as options such as the way that he names his files on his computer – something I really need to work on.
