I was interested in this presentation as I have been moving forward with beginning my own genealogy business. This presentation by Lauri Jean Swett was a broad overview of many different aspects to consider for having a genealogy business. Topics mentioned were everything from the Genealogical Proof Standard to topics reviewed in ProGen like report writing.
As so many topics were covered that each were only touched upon rather than going into any in-depth.
